was not born an L79, it was a 6 cylinder. The engine has been rebuilt into
exactly what you would have received had you ordered it this way from GM. It is
correct in every way including the L79 V8, 4 speed transmission and rear end.
This car has not had many miles since a complete ground up restoration and is nearly
flawless. Everything works as it should. It runs, drives, shifts, and stops
like a new 1966 Chevy Nova II L79 would have.
